2. Virtual Currency ("Coins")

  • The Service includes a virtual currency ("Coins") that can be purchased or earned. Coins are not real money, do not have monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • All purchases of Coins are final and non-refundable. When you request a purchase, our administrative team will contact you to arrange payment. Coins will be credited to your account upon successful payment confirmation.
  • Coins can be used to purchase various promotional services offered within the platform, such as music submissions, artist features, and other packages.
  • We reserve the right to manage, regulate, and modify the pricing and availability of Coins and the services they can be used for at our sole discretion.

3. User Content and Submissions

  • You are solely responsible for any music, videos, text, images, or other content you submit to the Service ("User Content").
  • By submitting User Content, you grant CDK Radio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, perform, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service (e.g., playing your song on the radio, featuring your bio on the website).
  • You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit your User Content and to grant us the license described above, and that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

4. AI-Powered Tools

Our Service includes AI-powered tools (the "AI Co-Pilot") to assist you. This also includes our general site assistant chatbot, which provides information and guidance about the website. The content generated by these tools is for informational and creative purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ultimately using any AI-generated content. We make no warranties about the accuracy, originality, or suitability of the AI-generated content. The output is dependent on the inputs provided by you.

Specifically, any output from the 'AI Legal Assistant' tool is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. It is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified attorney.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CDK RADIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes related to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Jamaica.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post any changes on this page with a new "Effective Date." Your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
