This policy applies specifically to our advertising services.

• Terms of Refund: You may request a refund within 30 days of your advertisement airing.
• Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are available only for services that were not delivered as agreed. This includes, but is not limited to:
  
  • The advertisement was not aired as scheduled.
  • There were errors in the advertisement content that were not corrected before airing, and these errors were the fault of CDKRadio.
  • Technical issues prevented the advertisement from airing properly.
• Refund Process: To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service team at cdkradio@proton.me. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
• Refund Method: If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that any fees for services that were accurately delivered will not be refundable.

• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. This includes submitting content that is abusive, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
